Answer: St.Elmo's Fire

It is an electrical weather phenomenon in which a glow appears around tall, sharp structures, and is sometimes seen on ships during thunderstorms. It is named after St. Erasmus (The Martyrdom of Saint Erasmus has been shown). The movie is called St.Elmo's Fire, and the phenomenon has also been featured in Tintin in Tibet.
